How to Order

• Capture Your Product: Take 8 photos of your object from different angles (follow our Turnaround Sheet Guide).
• Requirement: Ensure a minimum resolution of 1024x1024 pixels (higher is recommended).
• Submit: Send your images to us to begin the process.

Photo Submission Guidelines (Turnaround Sheet: 8 Images)

To ensure the highest quality 3D generation, please follow these recommendations:

• Object & Background: Provide a single, clearly defined object against a solid white background.
• Resolution: High-resolution images (ideally 1024x1024px or higher) in .PNG format.
• Lighting: Ensure the object is well-lit, sharp, and clean (avoid blur or low-contrast images).

Things to Avoid

• Text & Multiple Objects: Avoid text overlays or having multiple items in one frame.
• Complex Details: Very fine details or thin structures (like long hair) may not generate accurately.
• Environmental Effects: Avoid smoke, fog, or particles that obscure the object.
• Low Contrast: Ensure there is a clear distinction between the object and the background.

• Turnaround Time: Your project will be completed within 3 business days.
• Delivery: We will provide you with a direct URL to view your 360 Photo & 3D Model hosted on our website.
• Seamless Integration: We provide an HTML5 iFrame code, allowing you to easily embed and showcase the 3D model on your own website.
